Absence Form
Reminders for Entourage Members:
• Absence forms should be turned in at least 24 hours in advance (illness and outstanding circumstances aside).
• Filling out an absence form does not automatically excuse a student's absence. It merely notifies the Dancer's EDGE faculty and allows for additional follow-up if needed.
• Entourage members are expected to be proactive in planning their time with both academics and activities. Unless special permission is given by the directors, homework is not an excusable reason to be absent.

• Permissible Absences for Company: Summer Session - 4 Excused Absences from Core Technique Blocks. School Year Session - 10 Excused Absences from Core Technique Blocks and 4 Excused Absences from Sunday Rehearsals.
• Permissible Absences for Pro Company: Summer Session - 4 Excused Absences from Core Technique Blocks. School Year Session - 9 Excused Absences from Core Technique Blocks and 3 Excused Absences from Sunday Rehearsals.
• Aside from outstanding circumstances, Company members will not be excused for any absences the week of a competition.
