Come Learn at the EDGE!

The Dancer’s EDGE is proud to announce an option for families looking to support their child’s virtual or hybrid learning needs! Staffed by our caring Dancer’s EDGE team in a safe, clean environment, students will focus on completing the virtual learning provided by their school, while doing enrichment activities including dance, yoga, crafts and more during their break times!

Our 30,000 sq ft facility includes 9 instructional rooms, a café/lunch area, security systems, and state of the art UV-C Air Scrubbers cleaning the air in all spaces in 5 minutes or less constantly. This provides a large space to ensure plenty of social distancing and continually clean air for the health and safety of our students and staff. Additionally, our facility is deep cleaned daily, with additional high touch surface cleaning happening hourly.

Safety Protocols

• 12’ or more of social distancing for all learning stations and small group cohorts.

• Per the Governor’s Health Proclamation on 11/10 relating to indoor gatherings, all students and staff will be required to wear a mask. We will ensure socially distanced mask breaks throughout the day and lunch times.

• We will not be conducting temperature checks of students, however we ask that parents do their own thorough check of their student’s health (including a temperature check, any signs of illness etc) prior to arriving for the day.

• Students showing any signs of illness must be kept home.

• Parents are required to notify us of a Covid exposure or positive test result.

• In the event of a Covid exposure or positive test, we will work with Linn County Public Health to properly assess next steps

Lunch & Snacks

• Full day students will be required to bring their own sack lunch and snacks each day.

• Half day students are allowed to bring a snack each day if they choose.

What to Bring

• A laptop, iPad or other electronic device able to complete virtual assignments

• Headphones

• Mask

• Any other school supplies as required by their school

• Lunch (if applicable), snack, and clean water bottle clearly labeled with their name
